Terms and Conditions – Braider-group.co.uk

General Provisions §1

The owner of the online store www.braider-group.co.uk is Braider Group LTD, registered in 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, with Company number 14908756  and operating under applicable UK law, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

Definitions:

  • Business Day – any day from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

  • Customer – a person or entity who intends to conclude or has concluded a Sales Agreement with the Seller.

  • Account – a collection of resources and permissions within the website www.braider-group.co.uk assigned to an individual Customer through login details and password, where Customer data and order history are stored.

  • Product – a movable item offered in the online store and subject to the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

  • Product Catalogue – a list of products available at www.braider-group.co.uk presented online by the Seller.

  • Sales Agreement – an agreement under which the Seller transfers ownership of selected Products to the Customer and the Customer agrees to collect the Products and pay the applicable price.

  • Regulations – these Terms and Conditions.

  • Online Store – the online store available at www.braider-group.co.uk.

  • Seller – Braider Group LTD

  • Electronic Service – services provided electronically by the Seller through the website.

  • Order – a declaration of intent submitted by the Customer constituting an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller.

Integral parts of these Terms and Conditions are:

  • Appendix No. 1 – complaint form template

  • Appendix No. 2 – withdrawal from contract form template

All product names, trademarks and logos presented on the website are protected trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

Copying, reproducing or using any content from www.braider-group.co.uk without permission is prohibited.

Products presented on the website do not constitute an offer within the meaning of applicable civil law provisions and are only an invitation to place orders.

Product images displayed on the website may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the products. Despite every effort being made to ensure accuracy, technical specifications and descriptions may contain errors or omissions.

The store offers bathroom equipment, freestanding bathtubs, bathroom accessories and related products.

All products offered are new and of first quality unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Product prices displayed on the website are gross prices and include applicable taxes. Prices are listed in GBP (£).

Product prices do not include delivery costs or additional transaction fees unless otherwise specified.

The binding price for both parties is the price displayed at the moment the Customer places the order.

Registration and Personal Data Protection §5

Creating an account is optional and free of charge.

Customers may register by completing the registration form and providing the required information.

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfilment and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts violating these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

Orders §6

Orders may be placed by:

  • individuals with full legal capacity,

  • legal entities,

  • organisational units authorised under applicable law.

Submitting an order does not constitute conclusion of a Sales Agreement.

The Sales Agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email.

A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided with every order.

Payments §7

The Seller accepts the following payment methods:

  • online payments,

  • credit/debit cards,

  • bank transfers,

  • BLIK payments where available,

  • external payment providers.

Failure to complete payment within 3 Business Days may result in cancellation of the order.

Order Processing and Delivery Time §8

Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.

If fulfilment becomes impossible for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the Customer will be informed without delay.

Estimated delivery time is up to 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise.

Delivery §9

Products are delivered within the United Kingdom via external courier companies.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified.

The courier does not provide carrying or installation services unless explicitly agreed.

Customers are required to inspect the parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage directly to the courier.

Failure to report transport damage at the time of delivery may affect complaint rights related to visible transport damage.

Complaints §10

Customers may submit complaints regarding defective products.

Complaints should be sent to:

The Seller will review complaints within 14 calendar days.

If the complaint is accepted, the product may be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Warranty §11

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to statutory consumer rights.

Warranty conditions are specified individually by the product manufacturer.

Right of Withdrawal §12

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written statement by email or post to:

Returned products must be unused, complete and adequately protected.

The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Custom-made or personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Order Cancellation §13

The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including:

  • abusive behaviour,

  • repeated refusal of deliveries,

  • repeated order cancellations.

Orders may also be cancelled by the Customer before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Final Provisions §14

Any disputes arising from agreements concluded through www.braider-group.co.uk shall first be resolved amicably.

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws of England and Wales shall apply.
