Cancellation Policy

At Braider Group, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@braider-group.co.uk

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure will apply.

For made-to-order, customised or special-order products, cancellations may not be accepted once production has started.
