Returns & Refunds Policy

At Braider Group, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. In accordance with UK consumer rights regulations, customers have the right to return products within 14 days, provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
• Returned products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.
• Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed.
• Refunds are usually issued within up to 5 working days after the inspection of the returned product.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in its original condition.
